Each church must determine its unique ministry, then seek
to carry out that ministry efficiently and effectively.
Traditions may be good or bad. On one hand, they may provide a
stable framework in which to carry out ministry. On the other,
they may get in the way of adapting to changes in the world to
which the church is to minister.
Churches which are open minded about methods and programs and
which experience a regular number of new members due to the
transient nature of the community, may already have systems set up
to review the church's ministry in light of current community
needs and ministry goals. And churches belonging to a denomination or association of churches, may already have evaluation and analysis resources available. However, another view point from
the outside may still be helpful in identifying possible blind
spots.
Churches which may be more traditional in methods
and programs, churches which have a more stable community population, and independent churches would
all be especially good candidates for the consultation service of
AARON CHURCH CONSULTING.
AARON CHURCH CONSULTING will help
you identify the unique ministry of your church, then provide a
plan in which to carry out that ministry more effectively.
Possible results of using this consulting service:

Non-Christians become more interested in the Gospel.
The church experiences an increase in membership.
Other Christians are encouraged to be a positive witness.
Churchs offerings increase.
God gets all the glory!
Steps which AARON CHURCH CONSULTING uses in
this process:
The consultant meets with several
church leaders to understand how they see the ministry of the
church and their particular place in leadership. A small consulting
fee is paid at this time.
Based on the meeting with the leaders, the consultant custom
designs a questionnaire to be filled out by church members which
will better help identify strengths and weaknesses of the church's
ministry.
The church reproduces the questionnaire and has church members
fill them out on one day in about a seven minute time slot.
The consultant processes the questionnaires, identifies areas
of the church's ministry that need attention, and formulates a two
year plan to address those areas.
The consultant contacts the church when the plan is ready. If
the church wishes to continue with the consultation service, it
will sign a contract obligating it to a two year, * results-based,
"BETTER THAN FREE", consulting fee payment schedule. (By signing the contract, the
church is not necessarily obligating itself to use the plan.
However, if it does use it, the consulting fee payment schedule
begins.)
After the contract is signed, the consultant discusses with the church leaders the results
of the questionnaire and explains the two year plan.
Following its two year obligation, the church may wish to
consider contracting AARON CHURCH CONSULTING for another similar
consultation, or it may wish to carry out a similar procedure on
its own, without any further obligation to AARON CHURCH
CONSULTING.
