-Okay, people!  I JUST started this, so I havent got anything done yet, but I promise to work really, really hard, so that there'll actually be stuff to look at very soon!  Okay?

-Jim Carrey won a Golden Globe today for Man on the Moon!!  Let's all give a big hand for Mr. Carrey, because even though no one could ever be Andy, Jim certainly came close.  Although...he certainly could have at least mentioned Andy in his acceptance speach, dontcha think?

-Right, so I put up the site today!  What do you think so far?  Um, I'm really, really looking for someone to make me a NICE banner!  I'm not happy with the one i threw together, so if you want to make one, go ahead and e-mail it to me. If I don't use yours, I'll still make sure you get thrown in the credits.

-Also, I'd really appreciate anyone that could make me a neat little graphic that says "Andyways" to replace the plain text that i have there now.  you can e-mail that to me as well.

-Please, please, PLEASE e-mail me with any Andy news you hear or read about, you will forever be in my debt if you do!

-Don't forget to watch Taxi reruns, every weeknight(morning) at 4:30 AM EST on Nick at Nite.

-Today, I put up some of the banners that Andy made for me!  Thank you Andy! (no, not Kaufman.)

-Basically, I'm working really hard on getting all the basic site stuff up.  I encourage people to send me their profiles if they want to be members okay?  okay!

-We have almost all the banners now (courtesy of Andy Leonard)!  And a message board too, so post there, please.  Oh, oh and sign the guestbook!  And I made an "enter" page...I'm really gonna try and get some content on these pages soon, and Andy Land's own Mary Anne will soon have her own column.

-I still encourage everyone to send me their fanworks and/or profiles.  And don't forget to alert me to any andy news you may hear about.  You know, if he's featured in any articles, or if he's gonna be rerunned on TV.  If you contribute to the site in any way, you get to be in the credits!!  woo hoo!

-I've added Mary Anne's profile.

-I've added some sound and video clips too!  yaaay!!!  Please let me know if any of them doesn't work.

-In the Jan. 24-30 issue of People magazine, you can find a small article about Jim Carrey channeling Andy. It's on the last page, and the issue has David Letterman on the cover. ^_^ Thank you Melissa! ^_^

-I added the proflies of Andy Leonard and Anthony Clifton today, too.  :-( No one is sending me their pix.

-This Saturday (Jan. 29) Andy will be on SNL Classic at 3 am or 3:30 am depending on your time zone. ^_^ Thank you Melissa! ^_^

Wednesday 2.2.2000

-I did some major work at the See Andy section.  Now you can figure out how many tapes your order will take up ahead of time!

-The fanworks are really starting to pick up!  I'd like to give a big thank you to everyone who's sent me something so far, because you're also helping out all those people who HAVE stuff, but are just 'fraidy cats.  It would be nice to get some artwork and prose in there though, but if you have more poetry, please don't hold back!

-I ordered a copy of Andy Kaufman Plays Carnegie Hall today, so you can now order it from me.  ^_^ Thank you Harry Balzac! ^_^

-BIG BIG disappointment.  I was so happy about finding Andy at Carnegie Hall, and it's not available at the site that it was listed at...*sigh*  I put it back on my want list.  Please, if ANYONE knows where I can obtain a copy of this, please, please let me know and I will be eternally greatful!

-It's probably too late to get it now, but there was an article about Andy's daughter, Maria, in the TV guide for the week of January 8th.  If you have access to it, I suggest picking it up, apparantly it's pretty cool.  ^_^ Thank you Melissa and Alissa! ^_^

-Sheesh, I haven't updated in a while have I?  Well, I added a few more small things since my last update, mostly just things submitted by folks.  And look everyone! Andy's Funhouse is flourishing!  how exciting!  Anyway, starting Saturday, I'm gonna be gone for a whole week, and that means 3 things: 1) all updating will be left up to those with acess to the site; 2) I wont be posting or returning e-mails for a week; and (this is the most gruesome) 3) Everyone who has tapes coming to them, won't get them for a whole extra week.  I'm sorry, but I'm going on a much-needed vacation, and I need to get AWAY from the computer and the taping while I'm there.  Okay, that's all, and remember to visit Andy's Funhouse and sign the guestbook 'fore you leave okay?

-On Friday, February 10, on Nick at Nite at 11:00 and 11:30 will be two back-to-back Taxi episodes.  It's the two-parter "Sceneskees From a Wedding" or something like that (tell me if I got the name wrong), and it stars Latka and Simka.

-I have a bunch of stuff I need to scan, but I dont have a scanner anymore!!!  grrr...So basically, I've got a bunch of stuff to add to the site, but I have to pay to do it, and it won't be till I have a ride somewhere (keep in mind, I'm way younger than everyone seems to WANT me to be.  WHY CANT YOU LOVE ME FOR WHO I AM????? *runs away sobbing*)

-No, but, I'm sure you all know that Jim Carrey is not even getting a MENTION at the Academy Awards for his part in Man on the Moon, and that is just absurd.  There was a letter to the editor about it in today's USA Today (that's for Saturday, Feb. 19, 2000.)  I have the letter, and I'll scan it and put it up at "All Andy, All the Time," when I get the chance.

-In the current issue of US magazine (that's the March 2000 issue) there's an article about the Man On The Moon premiere. It talks about the rumor that Andy may have faked his death, and was going to show up and reveal himself at the premiere. The article also contains pics of Jim Carrey, Renee Zellweger, Danny Devito and Courtney Hole. The magazine is on newstands now. (Sorry, Kl*wN fans, no mention of our sexy F'Ugly...) ^_^Thank you Melissa! ^_^

-Andy Kaufman: I'm From Hollywood is going to be on Comedy Central twice this month.  Once on Thursday, March 9th, at 10:00 PM ET.  And Again on Thursday, March 30th, at 10:00 PM ET.  Don't forget to watch or set your VCRs!

-"Andy Kaufman: I'm From Hollywood" will be shown on Comedy Central on Thrusday, March 30 at 10:00 PM ET; and again on Sunday, April 30 at 7:00 PM ET.

-Andy's "Biography" will be rerunned on A&E, on Thrusday, April 13 at 8:00 PM ET and on Friday, April 14 at 12:00 AM ET.

-"Comedy Salute to Andy Kaufman" is going to be rerunned on Comedy Central on Sunday, April 30 at 6:00 PM ET.

-I'm still looking for someone to archive the updates for me.  I'd do it mtself, but find that I cannot for 2 reasons:
1) I don't know how to go about it in a quick and easy fashion.
2) I'm lazy.
