Bristol is one of Britain's major cities and the largest in the south west of
England. With two cathedrals and two universities, the oldest working theatre in
the country, a thriving music scene, arts and media centres, it is also home to
the Oscar-winning Aardman Animations. The city combines impressive
architecture with modern city-centre and out-of-town shopping, a regenerated harbourside, major leisure and entertainment facilities and a famous zoo, not to
mention Brunel's masterpieces, the Clifton Suspension Bridge and the SS Great
Britain. This page's links will help you to find out more about Bristol and what it
has to offer by way of sightseeing, theatre, cinema, shopping, transport,
restaurants, music and other attractions.
