Well...despite the fact that it has never poured rain on the Ottawa PugNic and the forecast was off by about 8 hours, this time it rained. It surely did.
Still, between 53 and 60 pugs came out with their owners for the Fall PugNic.

Many didn't stay long, leaving when they or their puggies had had it.
There was a big exodus around 10:50 - 11:00 a.m. at the height of the rain.
Shortly afterwards - it stopped raining. But when it started up again around 11:35 we called it a day.

There was no registration, since it was truly too wet to write down the names - heh.
Many long-timers, newcomers and first-timers enjoyed the event just the same.
It was wet.
Yes, indeed.

Muddiest Pug - Oreo, 10 months. Oh, those young'uns!

Youngest Darling - baby Rocky, the tiniest 3 month old we've seen.

Senior Pug - Oliver, 13 years old. Oliver's owners received a pewter Pug lapel pin from Tiberius.

Our Friends of Abandoned Pets donation jar received $67.00.
