As you enter a place with Super Sayians, and magic Dragon balls...you see that strange glowing object again. Now it appears as if its someone flying too.
Soon enough, you make out that it's a human being.
When he reaches you he asks you what your purpose.
You say, "Just checking out the scenery." Then he entrodues himself as Vegeta, Prince of Sayians.
He then asks you if you'd like to hear a story. You gladly except.
