Have you ever been involved in putting together an auction and/or have had to ask for donations? If so, I need your help!!!

I have agreed to chair the Silent Auction for the upcoming district conference on May 20th at the Shrine Auditorium. This is my first time at doing something like this so I am asking for help from you and your members.

I am looking for:
* People to help me put this together and make some calls
* Contact names and addresses (for donations)

If you can help, please let me know and I will send you the letter and the suggested verbiage when calling.

Speechcraft - Looking for guest speakers

Los Amigos Hablantines #9258, will be conducting a Speechcraft on eight consecutive Tuesdays beginning April 4. Guest educational speakers are appreciated, as are references for Speechcrafters. (see details below).

Club meeting time & location changes

Speaking First, Club # 355 (Area G2), moves to Thursdays, 6:15 PM, at MicroAge (Southern & Priest, enter off Southern)

Gilbert Toastmasters is now meeting at the International House of Pancakes (IHOP) at the Tri-City Mall on the northeast corner of Main and Dobson in Mesa. Order off the regular menu, and pay our individual bill by cash or plastic.

Dianne V'Marie reports that Los Nortenos is meeting at the Coco's on Broadway, Friday, 6:20 a.m. Contact Gail Schneller, 721-4984 or Dianne, 299-5883.

Past PRO and current Club Rescue Chair, Steve Broe, DTM, will suggest a format change for the Arizona Duets club as it and Loose Lips discontinue meeting.
