Sarge Lintecum is a highly decorated, three tour, Vietnam combat vet (Army/101st Abn. Div. '66, '67, & '68) who has performed before a wide spectrum of audiences. For Peace", is a moving and healing experience with a full band blues rock sound that can only be described as "pure Sarge".
In August 1997 Sarge performed at the National Convention of the Vietnam Veterans of America in Kansas City, Missouri where he was also the opening act at the Grand Emporium Blues Club, one of the leading blues clubs, twice voted best blues club in the United States.
Sarge is a Vietnam veteran blues man and a powerful performance poet, who is a meaningful addition to any event. His music is advertised in "Vietnam Magazine" and "Command Magazine" in the US and 40 countries, and is played around the world on shortwave radio by Vietnam combat veteran, Navy Corpsman, Doc Upton, on the Vietnam Veterans Radio Network.
