The following is the general list of the duties and responsibilities for each Council Member.
If you have any problems please take them to the appropriate council member. They will then bring them to me to review the problem and the action to be taken which is thier recommendation. Should I not be there at the time to discuss it with them, they have the discretion to take appropriate action at that time if it must be dealt with immediately.
Should anyone have a problem with a council member please bring it to me as soon as possible.

Lady Guenhwyvar~Drow, Valsharess
High Priestess - Si'ver~Drow
Si'ver~Drow is the second in command of drow and as such her duties are as follows:
Si'ver is responsible for helping determine punishments and rewards for those who either betray our guild or for those who perform duties above and beyond the normal expected for the guild.
She is responsible for seeking new allies and new recruits. She and her division will be responsible for testing and determining if they are suitable and what we are looking for. All new recruits which she finds she will then direct to the Master of Nobles and his division for further evaluation prior to admittance.
If I am on a leave of absence, she has the authority to accept new recruits based on our recruiting standards and to complete the alliances with new guilds.
Should any problems arise with either members, allies, enemies etc. she is to be informed as well as myself so that we may best determine a course of action and which division the matter should be dealt by.
At any time she is authorized to assess any potential threats and determine the correct course of action should it be needed immediately and will then inform me of such decisions. Otherwise she will apprise me of all situations as they arise along with thier priority assessment and help me to come to a course of action/resolution of the problem.
She is able to give permission to members who wish to join other clans. Again such permission must fall within the parameters of the double guilding policy. No more than 3 clans at a time and all must be allied with drow.
Personal Advisor ulu L'Valsharess- Tarlyn~Drow
The Queen's advisor duties are as follows:
To help assess all problems which occur and help come up with a viable solution.
He is to keep in touch with all other council members and look for any problems with them and report directly to me.
He is to monitor for any possible discontentment within the guild.
He is responsible for monitoring our new allies to ensure they are what we are truely looking for.
Council Advisor - Alurl'il~Drow
Alurl'il~Drow is our council advisor. Her duties are as follows:
Alurl'il is there to act as a sounding board for all members of the high council. Her opinion and good sense give a new perspective to problems or situations facing the guild.
She is also there for our members should they have problems with another council member. A member of drow may go to her with a complaint about a council member which she will then assess and forward to me along with her recommendations. I highly recommend anyone with such problems to speak with her or leave her e-mail/messages on the forum board. While she is not on at the same time as us most of the time (different time zones) she can readily be reached by e-mail or on the forum board.
She is to report to myself any abnormalities she witnessed from our members, allies or enemies along with her assessment and recommendations on the issues which arise. Due to her time zone she will be on at a time when many of us aren't and therefor may see things we do not.
To watch for any possible threats and to encourage that those who may be in a position to over hear things said about us to come to her with any information which may concern us.
She is to torment and torture her neices and nephews as often as she can.
Master of Nobles - Envy~Drow
As our master of Nobles, Envy is responsible for the following:
He will be in charge of much of our diplomacy including any problems which arise in the channel. He is to make a report to myself and Si'ver regarding any instances along with the log files of such and his recommendations to resolve the situation.
They will also be responsible for monitoring our channel and reporting any disturbances to me and si'ver. This will include any fights which occur in the channel between members etc.
Assess any possible threats from inside and outside drow and forward his recommendation and assessment to myself.
New recruits which have been assessed by Si'ver or any of her division will be sent to him for further assessment and testing. Included in this will be a testing of thier gaming skills, their knowledge of our ways and an assessment of how well they will fit in with the rest of the members. He will make a recommendation as to whether they should be accepted or denied based on his observations. It will also be his duty should he have suspicions of a new recruit to request an investigation into the person.
Envy will also be responsible for maintaining and running the league that he designed and set up as well as make recommendations for any other leagues/tourneys he can think of for any of the games.
Master Wizard - Masoj~Drow
This position is responsible for the testing of the loyalties of new drow from time to time during their trial period and afterwards. This testing will be above and beyond the regular assessment by the member who is watching over them. This testing can come in a form determined by the Master Wizard and his apprentices. All results, both good and bad are to be reported to me.
He is to look for any discontent among all our members, determine the cause of it and report it to me along with his recommendations.
He is to watch ex-drow for potential threats and any such threats found are to be reported to the Mistress of Assassins as well as myself.
His division is also responsible for encouraging members to roleplay and to help them improve their styles. He will also be responsible for rp fighting/deaths of those who go to far against one of our own.
Mistress of Assassins - Reyna~Drow
As Mistress of Assassins Reyna is responsible for the following:
To monitor ex-drow members for possible betrayal or actions which could jeopardize the guild.
She is to monitor all areas for threats of war and report to myself any idications of such along with her recommendations.
She has the discretionary power to determine possible hits as well as to help determine the appropriate punishment for those who have betrayed us. She will then report them to me for either approval or further investigation will be responsible for carrying out such hits and punishments. If we are requested to employ our talents in this area by someone outside of the guild, be it ally or friend or someone who knows of us, then proof of what the occurance is must be provided.
The training of any whom she feels would be an asset to this division. Upon completion of such training the apprentice will then be presented to me and the rest of council and will give a demonstration of their abilities. After such time they will then be accepted within the division. This person does not nescessarily have to not belong to another division so long as approval has been gained in advance to train the person in the Velg'larn ways.
She is to always be conscious of any possible threats and to report them to me.
Arch Seeress -Mysty~Drow
The Arch Seeress of Sorcere is responsible for the following duties:
The training of new drow in channel behaviour in not only our channel but allies' channels and public channels. This will tie in with the duties of the Master of Nobles and the two should act in accordance.
She will act as liasons with our allies in a time of war/fighting.
Help in dealing with possible problems with any allies.
She is also responsible for assessing potential new recruits and submitting thier names to Si'ver for follow up. In assessing these recruits it is not to be mentioned to them that they are under observation. First contact will be made with the offer from Si'ver or myself for further assessment.
Warlord of Melee Magthere -
Lil Ilythiiri in this position is responsible for setting up and arranging any tournaments.
She is to handle most matter concerning war preparation and assignments, including tactics,targets and whether diplomacy is an option, as well as intellingence gathering. This will be done in after consulting me and Si'ver.
She is to help locate and target pks, getting all information needed then pass that info on to the Mistress of Assassins after clearing all of them through me.
She will also deal with the head of Bregan D'aerthe with regards to any covert operations after speaking with me on the matter.
Bregan D'Aerthe -
In honor of Kith this position will not be filled in the hopes that perhaps he will return to us soon.
He is in charge of finding and training members within and without the guild for a special tactical division.
He is to monitor any developing situation and make a threat assessment along with his recommendations and report them directly to me.
He will co-ordinate with the Mistress of Assassins, Mistress of Melee Magthere, myself and Si'ver during times of war or upcoming war to determine the most viable targets and the appropriate action to be taken.
He will based on observations determine whether a threat potential is serious or otherwise and gather the appropriate intel needed for a war time footing.
Just a quick follow up note regarding a few things. With regards to our new recruits, they must all have a sponsor by a member of good standing within the guild. All sponsors must be approved by either myself or Si'ver. New members are to provide their e-mail addresses to me as well as icq if they have it. All members are encouraged to get icq as it is the best way to keep in touch. The final approval for all new members comes from me.
With regards to any new allies which we get. They are to provide their websites as well as a contact name and that person's e-mail addy and icq number.
To the council members, if there is a problem or you are not satisfied with your duties or you feel you are not able to handle the ones I have posted. Please feel free to contact me and we will see what we can do about adjusting them.
