Hotaru, also known as Heather, was the last scout to be found. Originally, she was taken over by Mistress Nine which caused her to be weak, but is now free of her after a big battle which caused her to become a baby again. She is about Rini's age now and is watched over by Michiru, who she considers her mother. Hotaru is a very friendly yet shy girl and very good friends with Rini. They both met during Mistress Nine's take over. Hotaru later saved Rini by returning her heart crystal. She was the important encounter that Rini's mother told her about. Hotaru also has special healing powers but has an attack that is very leathal and hopefully never seen. Other then that, she is good friend.
