So, you want to know the story of the moon, huh? Well, it all began a thousand years ago...
Our moon was known as the Moon Kingdom, and was ruled by the gentle Queen Serenity during what was known as the Silver Millenium. She also had a daughter names Princess Serena who loved the Earth prince, Darien. There were also the cat guardians, Luna and Artemis, and also the royal guards, the Sailor Scouts, princess' from the different planets of the system. But the time of peace was not to last. The kingdom was attacked by the Negaverse, ruled by the evil Queen Beryl. They destroyed the moon and all who lived there. All except Serenity and the guardians. Left with no choice, Serenity used the power of the Emperium Silver Crystal, a power that would drain her of her strength if used at full power.
They Negaverse was defeated and everyone was encased in the crystal and sent in the future on Earth. Queen Serenity, weakened by the Crystal, died saying, " On behalf of the Moon, you will be free again..."
And so, our story begins...
