London
My trip to London, August 1999
They're in chronological order, so they may not make much sense. A lot of them are taken from day-trips to places other then London, so yeah, now you know.
And there's a whole bunch, so be patient

The coolest ad in the world. This is a whiskey ad that was on the wall of the tube station. Funny funny. (this is one of the weird pictures I took for Clarke)

The pictures on a shelf in a Tibetan restaurant. Apparently the only one in the UK. It was very good. Yum yum. In Leicester Square.

A picture of the view out the window of the Tibetan restaurant. It was all rainey and pretty out. Of course it rained just about everyday, but that's just fine with me.

My brother, my dad and I standing in front of the Royal Naval Observatory. In Greenwich. Very cool, but that's a really steep hill.

A view from the observatory. It started pouring right as we got to the top. Pretty tho, isn't it?

Still at the observatory. This is us standing on the prime meridian. BWAHAHA. Funny funny.

A funny sign about dog related things. By the dock when we were leaving Greenwich. Another Clarke picture.

A pic of the tower bridge. Yup.

The tower of London, which I didn't get to see. Grr.... Now I'll just have to go back =)

The fake London Bridge, cause the real one's in Arizona. Hahaha.

Big Ben. As seen from the street of course, cause we were being as non-touristy as possible.

Westminster Abbey. See above.

A different day. This is by far the COOLEST record store in the WORLD!!! I love it. It's got sooo much cool stuff, and the staff are insanely knowledgable, and nifty. That one guy there kicked ass. Ahh, must go back.

Hehehe. This is the man pretending to be a tree in Leicester Square. Very high quality. After I took the picture he informed me that he was an "independent plant" and made me pay him. Haha. I like him tho.

A man juggling firey things outside before we went to see The Importance of Being Earnest. Very cool. In Picadilly Circus I think.

Now for the castle.... This is Warwick castle, which I believe is in the town of Warwick, but I am not sure. Anyway, here's the gate. Good stuff. Oh yeah, and it was built in 10something.... By William the Conquerer.

This is the oldest part of the castle. So nifty looking....

Pretty pretty. This is in the gardens behind/in/around the castle.

The cool little waterfall thing. Yeah.

The castle and the field behind it. (can you tell I'm getting tired of writing captions?)

The peacock garden behind the castle. Peacocks in a tree!! Isn't that cool! Ahh....

The lion door. Nifty, and now we move on....

This is one of the speakers at Speaker's Corner in Hyde Park. She was the only high quality one there. The only none preacher one. Apparently Speaker's Corner used to be insanely high quality, and judging from my parents' pictures from the 70's it was. So sad.... It's still an awesome thing to have though.

Stonehenge! So cool. It's all roped off and not in good condition though, so that was kind of depressing, but it was still awesome. You get a cool feeling being there.

Me infront of stonehenge. It is windy.

This is in Bath. Named for the Roman baths there. Anyway, this is the top of the main one. All the things at the top are from the 18th century tho, I do believe. The actual Roman parts are down at the bottome. Quite cool.

Picture taken from down at the main bath with a reflection of the church in it.

Back in London. This is a sign pointing to Shepherd's Bush, home of BUSH. Bwahaha. What a nice way to end things =)
