promises forever
passion
and
innocence.

There will never be such assurance
youthful wise naivety
of complete
neverending
devotion.

Never in dreams
never in thoughts
never in words
will such love
manifest.

It was a moment
feared
and
misunderstood.

A moment gone
never again to return.
