May 3, 2004 10:05 - We got a take home math test! Sounds good right? Janelle and I spent fricking 2 hours working on it together (shh don't tell though). I would have died without my notes.. but then again, I would have studied for the test! Teehee! Off to bed now... I don't know why I am so tired - all that math!

9:00am - School is officially over! I've moved out of the dorms - that was quite a nightmare - just because we had to pack everything, clean everything... and saying goodbye wasn't easy either. But now everything I own is back in Long Beach, which makes for a very full bedroom.... with lots of pillows!!! It's so exciting. Now I am just unpacking a few things, getting rid of a lot of clothes (GARAGE SALE!!!) and packing a few things for the house. I get to move into the house June 28th at the latest. I kinda hope it's a little bit sooner so if I get sick of living with my parents I can get a way for a week or so. That will be nice =-)

8:00am - Well it's nice to be home so I can see my baby more often!
I've missed him so much and it really is good to see him and spend time
with him. He's such a sweety!!!
1:20om - I got back from Havasu yesterday afternoon. It was a nice
relaxing trip - just me and my mom. We didn't do much - just
watched a lot of movies! (some have been added to the top picks
page and some will be added soon!) My grandma has a pool out there
so I went and swam just about every day - my mom went with me twice.
It wasn't too hot there either - mostly just because it's not fully
summer yet - around June/July it will really warm up nicely and reach
over 100. This last week it was about 90 the entire time - the
highest was probably 96. Nice weather though! Man I miss it.
It's actually cold here in Long Beach! It's overcast and I don't
like it!!!! June 1, 2004
11:00am - Wow I can't believe June is here already! A year ago I
was getting ready to graduate. Now I am getting ready to take a
summer class at Long Beach City College (if things happen to work out)
and I am getting ready to move into the house on June 26th. It's
all so exciting! I've been really busy getting the furniture all
ready for the house - we touched up all the wood pieces with Tung Oil -
and ain't that fun to work with!!!
12:45pm - I've been kinda busy lately. I took Dan to Magic Mountain last Thursday and that was a lot of fun! (Just follow the pointy arrows!!!) I saw Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban last night with Dan - it was really good! I'll put a review for that movie up soon! But I have to go clean my room --- it's gotten kinda messy!!!

June 9, 2004 6:00pm - My brother has officially torn this family apart. My mom feels completely worthless and like a failure. She feels like her life is of no importance because she feels she "screwed up" in her parenting skills. I feel really bad for her. I am so mad at my brother right now. I can't believe he has the decency to even pretend he is a member of this family - since he has never done a thing for the family. He is so self centered and thoughtless I could never even begin to explain. I feel he has scared the family name. All the things I have done to make my teachers, family, and friends proud have all been shot down by my brothers horrible actions and thoughtlessness. I feel ashamed to be related to him. From now on, if anyone asks, I do not know him. I just can't believe him, I just can't.
June 22, 2004 9:00pm - I've been really busy - packing for the house and trips to Lake Havasu. Plus I just got eye contacts and broke my retainer - so I have appointments for those so it all adds up quickly. We're going down to San Marcos on Saturday to move all the furniture in and my mom and I are staying until Tuesday (that's when the refrigerator will be delivered). July 1, 2004 9:00am - I moved into the new house in San Marcos. The people we bought it from left it a mess though! I don't think they even owned a vacuum and didn't know how to dust or clean anything! The house has pot shelves in the living room, master bedroom, and another bedroom and they were all caked in dust... We don't think it has ever cleaned since the house was build! Plus, they owned 2 little dogs that stayed in the house all the time, and because of that the rugs were just gross... there were a few stains and they stunk a little. We brought our carpet steam cleaner with us when we moved so we could clean them... but they were worse than we had thought. So we cleaned one room just to see how it would come... and if we needed to we would just order new carpet... but that is pricy ( Yikes!) But all three of the other bedrooms came out great! The stains are all gone for the most part and they are actually brighter! Goes to show how much dirt was actually there! Well, the master bedroom (my room) is a different story. It came a LOT cleaner, but it isn't perfect... it's the worst room of the house as far as the carpet goes. But oh well. And the owners had this UGLY brown drapery shit as their curtains in 3 of the 4 bedrooms.... it's just... wrong! So we bought new vertical blinds that are being delivered in 2 weeks. And the fridge came on Tuesday and it's nice... it's big! Much bigger than the crap put in the dorms... much better for 4 people to put all their food in and not have it all be so crammed. I also broke one of my contact lenses! How stupid does that sound!!! It fell out of my eye while we were out of the house and I didn't have my case or cleanser for them. So I put it in my wallet... and when I got home it was totally dried out and hard... and crispy! and it just crumbled in my hand! So I am quite upset about that one... mostly my stupidity with it!!! On top of all that... I keep injuring myself. Not badly though... but enough to make myself bleed! I have a HUGE cut across my whole knee... I wedged the end of the hammer between my thumb and its nail! Hurts pretty bad! And I've got more... but they are from even stupider things so I won't mention them now! =-)
July 11, 2004 I've been pretty busy so I haven't updated this in a few days. Things have been going good. I went back to Long Beach for the 4th of July and spent the day with Dan and we sorta watched the fireworks on top of my dads garage. Now by sorta I mean that we couldn't see very many from the stupid trees. On Tuesday (July 6) I had a dentist appointment to get my teeth cleaned... and for like the past year I have had a little tiny cavity that they have been watching and wanted to fill before it got any bigger... so I had that done... and my oh my wasn't that a delight! Plus I had to go pick up my contacts because I kinda needed them since I broke one... so now I can see again all nice! Then on Wednesday (July 7) I had to go the orthodontists office to get my retainer, since I broke it. (I keep breaking a lot of things!!!!) So now I can see again and my teeth won't more. Things are looking up! On Thursday (July 8) my mom and I drove back down to the house in San Marcos. We brought my dog, Chardonnay with us. She was so cute because she didn't know what she was supposed to do. It was a weird new place for her and she wanted to explore, but didn't want to leave my side because she was afraid we might leave here there. (Silly pooky bear). Then on Saturday (July 10) my dad and Dan came down to do some manly things around the house that if my mom and I had done them it would have taken three months instead of three hours. They put a splitter in the cable wire to route it to one of the bedrooms that didn't have it. They also put up the new vertical blinds in the bedrooms (cause there were some funky curtains.. err.. no.. they were ugly). Plus the tool shed doors wouldn't close right, and Dan fixed those. My desk drawer broke and wouldn't slide right, so they fixed that for me. Then they set up my new printer (it's one of those all in ones.. it prints, faxes, copies, and scans... and well it isn't exactly new, it's new to me.. it's my dads old business one). Then Dan and I set up all my speakers to my DVD player to get the whole surround sound system going. Plus the water pressure in this house is horrible.. and my dad being the great plumber he is decided that was useless and fixed it all. Now my sprinklers actually water the grass, and water actually comes out of the shower heads enough to get the conditioner out of my hair! Those poor boys, they were working hard! They weren't the only one's who worked hard though! My mom cut the lemon tree so it would look like a tree, not a bush! And the peach (or apricot tree - we haven't figured it out yet) branches were drooping down and it looked horrible.. so we trimmed it all up and hopefully will begin to grow UP like it's supposed to. Then I had to rake up all the damn peaches (or apricots) and I mean there were a lot... at least 500.. no joke. But then they had to leave and I was sad because my Danny had to leave too. So I was sad. =-( But I have a lot more things to do today - I have to hose and clean out the tool shed cause it's DISGUSTING inside! Then I have to clean up everything and organize things more and I want to take some pictures of the house if I can. Until next time.....
Yesterday was the day from hell! First I got locked out of the house... horrible horrible... All the doors were locked and the windows were closed and locked... except one! The tiny window in my bathroom that's above the shower.... and it is a tiny window! I went to a neighbor and he came over and climbed up into the window and let me in. Thank god! Or I would've been stuck! My mom is the only other one with a key and she is in Havasu! Now there is a hidda-key cause I am not letting that happen again! Then when I put Chardonnay outside to go to bed she chased a BEE into the house! AHHHH!!!!! It was a wasp too! It was flying around in my kitchen! I grabbed the raid and finally worked up enough courage to go after it... I sprayed it and it kept flying around! I freaked and went outside with Chardonnay and together we watched the bee fly around the kitchen. Finally the raid did it's thing and he fell to the floor and I threw him into the trash can. All in a days work! I am heading back to Long Beach today with Chardonnay and then tomorrow morning (bright and early) I am going with my dad to Havasu! Time for some nice actual relaxation..... hopefully no bee's come around! I should be back around Wed or Thurs next week. Until then....
