We provide free technical support for our products. Please
email us if you
experience any problems or discover conflicts between our programs
and other hardware/software.
Please include as many relevant details about your set-up as you can.
This will allow us to reproduce the problem and investigate it. In
particular, we need:
- Error messages - Quote them exactly
- Side-effects and suspected cause, if possible
- Operating system (Windows 95 or Windows 98) - Displayed on start-up
- Names and versions of affected programs - (select Help | About in each program)
- Brands and models of hardware - (run System from Start | Settings | Control Panel)
- Memory size in Mb - (run System from Start | Settings | Control Panel)
