Prevention:
Many illnesses are caused directly by stress. Even non-medical conditions of serious concern are caused by uncontrolled, constant stress, including premature aging! If you can get control of stress, learn to remove bad stress and spend more time in a calm, peaceful frame of mind, the chances of suffering from stress related illnesses and conditions is obviously greatly diminished.
Wellness: Wellness is not just a physical attribute, it is a psychological and emotional state as well. Well-being might be a more appropriate term, similar to what psychologists call "quality of life". This includes your physical, mental and psychological health. The unique approach of Transformation Meditation helps individuals find their own balance in life.
Our society is complex. Within this framework we call reality, individual lives are naturally complex as well.
