Jan

was a first round casualty in 2004. This year, I reached the semi-finals. Next
month, I will go all out to win the title. It is not going to be easy but I will
give my best shot. It will be a very hectic year for badminton players. Besides
the All-England, there are also four other major tournaments. I want to do well
in all of these tournaments."
The other majors Chong Wei is looking at are the Commonwealth Games (Melbourne, March 15-25), Thomas Cup Finals (Japan, April 28-May 7), World Championships (Madrid, Sept 18-24) and Asian Games (Doha, Dec 1-15).
“Nicol (David) became the world squash champion this year. I will be out to become the first Malaysian man to win the world badminton title. The world meet in September is certainly my priority”
