June 18, 2000 - Sunday
I had an interesting day. I slept in until noon....yay! Then I got up and I did laundry!
In Tsuruoka I had a lovely automatic washing machine, but here I have a very old
fashioned one, where you have to put clothes over into the spinner by hand. It's
a bit annoying! Oh well.
Then I watched a bit of TV and finally roused myself and went out. I bought a few
things that I needed for my apartment and came back.
Around 8:00 pm I went round to my co-worker's apartment (otherwise known as next door
to mine) and we walked to the train station. We caught the train to the Warner Mycal
theatre and met his friend. She was very nice. We went to see RussellRussellRussellRussellRussell Crowe in Gladiator. It was good. He was wonderful. For the

After we came back to the building, chatting all the while and then I wrote my review
of the movie. I might put in one of my other films soon, I'm feeling that I need
to see a bit more of Russell Crowe this evening!
Tomorrow? I don't know. I might go out and explore a bit more. That would be good
for me. Later....
