July 3, 2001 - Tuesday
An okay day today. Two of my lessons didn't happen so I wasn't as busy as I expected
to be. My head wasn't in the right place anyway, so it's probably a good thing.
I actually woke up early this morning and got up early too. I showered and was ready
for work early. Just as I was ready to leave, we got a torrential rain storm. I
couldn't believe it. I ended up staying a little longer and leaving just a bit before
my usual time. I was sad too because I was really ready early.
I felt sorry for David today as he had 8 lessons today. I was only scheduled for
6 and 2 of them didn't even happen so I had a much easier day.
Not much happened at work today. Oh, yeah, one thing did...a student of mine came
back from her homestay in Eastbourne, England. She had a great time. She was so
excited and happy.
And that's about it. Not an exciting day, or even a difficult day, but nice after
the weekend trials and tribulations. Night!
