July 13, 2001 - Friday
Friday the 13th....Eek!
Today was pretty good. I woke up to Ricky Martin and I was singing one of his songs
all day. I wouldn't mind waking up to him any old day! His music's okay too. Ha
ha.
It was very hot though. When I came home at night my apartment was 26 degrees. That's
too hot for me.
I left for work a bit late today, but managed to get there on time. Things went reasonably
well at work and classes were fun.
I was the last one out of the office today, but I did make it home by 10:30, so that
was good.
In our staff meeting today we cleaned out one of our empty rooms. There was a big
display from a few years ago that was probably a Hansel and Gretel house. It looked
pretty good, but they'd stuck pins in it to keep some of the food on the board.
Well, we took the darn thing apart. We had to take all of the pins out first. That was
gross. Anyway the room is empty, or very close to it. We hope to use it as a children's
class room. At least that's the latest plan.
And now I'm off. It's too hot again for me! Night night.
