March 26, 2001 - Monday
I'm really tired so this may be quite short.
Susan and I finally left my apartment around 11:00 and we walked towards the canal.
We went to the bank machine and the post office. We ended up at the Music Box Factory,
where we both bought some stuff. After a while though, all of the music box music
was just too much. I felt the need to leave about 30 minutes before we did.
After the Music Box Place we walked to the canal. It was a bit cold and not so beautiful
at the moment. The trees were still all wrapped up and everything. Then, we went
to the antique store by the canal, and finally stopped for lunch at an izakaya.
It was really nice. We talked and talked and finally we decided that if we wanted to
hit the glass shops we had better do so.
We had a great old time wandering through the shops and buying a few things. Then,
sadly it was time for Susan to leave. We walked to the train station via my apartment
to get her stuff, then both got on the train. I got off at the mall.
I went to see Proof of Life With Russell Crowe. It was pretty good. The performances
by Russell and David Morse were great and I have to say I even like Meg. That surprised
me.
I came home and I've spent the rest of the evening watching Sabrina, and The Sound
of Music, while I worked on answering my e-mail.
Now I'm done I think. Night!
