I woke up this morning to the sound of frying eggs. It was an interesting sound. I knew that Michelle was up to watch Coronation Street, so I watched it for the first time in 2 years. It was fun, except a lot of the characters were new.
After Corrie Street, I washed my hair and then we made some plans. Michelle and I wanted to see Bridget Jones Diary, and she had to get some things for her school.
We went to see Bridget Jones Diary and it was a hoot. I really enjoyed it. We laughed our heads off. Colin Firth was wonderful as usual and Hugh Grant was great too...in a bad way!It was really nice to see a movie that hasn't made it to Japan yet!
Michelle and I had filled ourselves up on popcorn so we didn't need to eat lunch. Instead we decided to go shopping. She got her stuff for school and then we went to a couple of shops. I got a few things for my school and she got some things for her husband.
Then we drove out to Van's place in Beaumont, but I got us lost. We had to phone Van for directions! When we arrived I showed Michelle my new clothes and Katie showed her my photo album! It was funny.
After Michelle left, Katie and I did a bit of dancing and then Joe brought home some wraps and fries from McDonalds. They were pretty good.
Also tonight I watched a bit of TV and wrote the last few entries on my diary. I hope this catches everyone up on my life! The last few days were great. It was so nice to see my old friends. I didn't have enough time to see everyone on this trip, but the people that I could see were great. Thanks!
I'll likely be off to bed soon as I have to babysit Katie tomorrow morning!
