May 26, 2001 - Saturday
A really busy day at work, but not too stressful, thank goodness.
I stayed late last night doing counselling sheets, and I didn't do any counselling!
Oh dear. I guess I could have come home earlier anyway.
All of my classes showed up today. My last one..the manager caught me in the lobby
and asked if it was okay for the student to come. Of course it was as it was a regularly
scheduled class and I was a bit prepared for it. The student had been away for a
couple of months so it was really nice to see her again. I pulled out my stuff for
the lesson and she asked if we could just chat instead. She'd been away for a while
so she just wanted to brush up on her English. We'll get back to the real stuff
soon.
After work, I walked to the video store and was lucky. There were lots of fairly
new movies there that I wanted to see. So, I rented Double Jeopardy, Three to Tango,
and one that the name escapes me, but it stars Steve Martin and Eddie Murphy and
is supposed to be really funny.
I got home just after Roswell started but I didn't really understand what happened.
It didn't seem to be that good of an episode anyway. I watched Dharma and Greg
and it was pretty funny.
Now, I'm watching my favourite Japanese singer on Countdown TV. He's doing his new
single, Plastic Soul. It's okay, but to be honest, I liked his older stuff better.

However, I should probably pop in a video if I'm going to do it. Maybe I'll watch
the one that I probably won't like very much first.
