Hot day with a smidge of rain early on.
A good day. Fumihiko didn't have to work, so we had a quite relaxing morning. I cooked my lunch, and then we went out for breakfast.
At work I was supposed to be a bit busy, but I wasn't really. One class cancelled last week, and today another class cancelled. Sigh.
I got my planning done, and even kept in touch with my hubby a bit. He was trying to book our vacation today, and managed to. Yay. Looks like it's going to be Singapore. I'm looking forward to it.
After work we went to Dan and had a really nice meal. I liked it a lot. We had pork-egg kimchee stirfry, tofu salad, eggplant, and a few other dishes. We tried some things for the first time today. The tofu-daikon salad was a pleasant surprise. It was really great. We both think that is one we'll order again.
We came home and booked a hotel room in Sendai for the weekend. I think we'll make a quick trip to Sendai. I'd like to get a guidebook and I need more magazines again. Funny how that works!
My FBC order came today. Most of it is fine, but I have one thing missing. I ordered some Atkins bars. They're great for plane trips because I can't always eat the plane's food, so I keep a bar in my bag for emergencies. It didn't come yet. Sigh.
Well, that was my day. It was pretty good. I enjoyed it! Catch me tomorrow night? Later eh?
