Like Janet Jackson, this Dutch treat didn't really appeal to me at first (but we can blame this on the circumstances, namely the tiresome GoldenEye). Since then, Famke - or as John Patterson called her, Fabke - has singlehandedly made several otherwise lame movies watchable and enhanced several better ones, although even she couldn't save Circus (then again, who could?). Watch for this bold, beautiful woman to be trashed in I Spy (which looks as if it also trashes that cracking TV show, but that's another story). Not for nothing was she cast as "The Perfect Mate" on the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode of the same name. She was with Patrick Stewart in that one, which brings us to the
Recommended viewing: X-Men (see also Halle Berry), Deep Rising, The Faculty (see also Salma Hayek), Love and Sex, Celebrity, House on Haunted Hill, Made, Don't Say A Word, and at least two episodes of Ally McBeal as Robert Downey Jr's ex. (Only on that show would any man trade in Famke Janssen for Calista Flockhart.)
