Free countries – where you may produce your own spirit
There are a number of countries where you are allowed to make your own spirit. Nearest to Scandinavia we have Italy and Austria. It is allowed in many eastern countries too. In some countries you have to pay a small fee or your still may not exceed a certain number of liters in size. On the southern hemisphere home distillation is allowed in several countries.
With home distillation allowed even in Ukraine – it is really not too late to legalize it in the rest of the world!
And one can purchase a column still in most countries in Europe, for example in Germany.
