  • 8 ounces of Chicken
  • 1 tbsp. of Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. of Red Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. of Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 4 tbsp. of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Mustard


  1. Mix all ingredients together.

To Serve Cold: Place in refrigerator to cool.
To Serve Hot: Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
