  • 2 cups (150 grams) of Elbow Noodles (egg-free)
  • 1 stalk of Celery (chopped)
  • ½ Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. (1 gram) of Dry Parsley
  • ¼ tsp. (1 gram) of Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. (2 grams) of Celery Seeds
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Peppers (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup (80 grams) of Light Canola Mayonnaise


  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool, and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the celery and cucumber. Add the mayonnaise and other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
