1. Fish Camp DP #3 has
passed. Camp F!SHER learned a few new fun games to play for DG time during camp
and suggested several skits to perform. We received our job assignments (will be
posted soon) and our personalized Fish Camp notebooks. Also, Camp F!SHER decided
on their official camp T-shirts and hats. Take a look at the pics
here!
2. Camp F!SHER has also
decided on road trips for the summer! They consist of a weekend at JB's ranch in
Bellville, a weekend in Austin at Traci's place, tubing on the Guadalupe at
Leean's, and quality time in Houston at Shane's and Laura's. The dates for the
road trips, as well as a more detailed schedule of events for each, will be
posted later on.
3. Sarah is working to
put together a Camp F!SHER bio-booklet. They will most likely be distributed on
Friday night so if you haven't gotten your bio page in, please do so before
Wednesday at the latest. In the meantime, Harrison is working to put together
the Camp F!SHER CD. Each counselor will be allowed any one song of their choice.
If you haven't given Harrison the name of your song yet, please do so as
soon as possible. A track list of the final CD will be posted as soon as it's
available.
4. We will be having our
last meeting this Friday, the 2nd from 9:00 pm 'til about 10:30. Our wonderful
co-chairs, D-Lo and Kat, have "something special" planned for us. It will
probably be the last time we all meet together before camp, since not everyone
will be able to make it to all the road trips.
