Donwload Code Breaker or Game Shark CDX and burn it with Nero Burning Rom. If you dont have Nero Burning Rom you can go to download.com and download KaZaA Media Desktop, after you have downloaded and installed KaZaA under software type in Nero , then download Nero. Then install Nero and use Nero to burn the Code Breaker or Game Shark CDX to a Disk. The with your sega dreamcast web browser come back to my site and download codes to your Game Shark CDX card or your Memory card.
