07-16-02: Retiring the All-In-Wonder

Due to a variety of problems I've encountered using this PC TV card for DX purposes, I have switched to using a 1994 13" Zenith TV/VCR (unfortunately, the VCR section is not working properly) and a PDC-640 digital camera by Polaroid for pictures, or the VCR (with bad results).  

The card, while containing a good, sensitive receiver, has difficulties handling weak and/or unstable signals.  It's nearly useless for many skip openings, where stations demonstrate extreme instabilities in reception.  I also run into many problems with weak signals.  It mutes the audio when the station is weak, and reception of marginal signals is poor.
