CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGE
.) On April 1, 2002 a Constitutional Challenge was filed in the Organic Court of San Francisco. This court is the first court established in California, and in the 1861 Statutes is described as having "concurrent" jurisdiction with the "District Courts" of California. It is still here in San Francisco and is in the Common Law venue and jurisdiction. The next court up from this is the California Supreme Court.
.) The Notice was not accepted as they stated they needed a "Cover Sheet" which is being done for it now.
.) The In Pauperis Forma (waiver of fees) was not accepted and my Process Server was handed a bunch of Judicial Council forms demanding to know who, what, when, where and how I made money. They cannot do this under law, and I am not required to give up my right to privacy (which they will use against me) so I am again, writing a Writ of Precipae as an order to the SF Court clerk to place him into financial jeopardy if he does not accept it. By law, he cannot be a judge--and he is making a judicial decision upon something that is not of his office or authority to decide.
.) The Constitutional Challenge is completed, as the Coversheet with Evidence will soon be online.
.) In ORDER to COMMAND the "Court Clerk" to file my documents in accordance with law (which they have to do) I filed a WRIT OF PRECIPAE against the court clerk commanding him to obey the law and file (or to give me written explanation at law 'why' my documents were refused).
.) Those whom want to JOIN into this matter will by Judicial Council Forms that will soon be placed here.
