Linkware Terms of Use

In order to use any of Serrene Impressions 
Linkware templates, 
the following terms must be met. 
By using my graphics you 
are agreeing to these terms whether you 
read them or not. 
Please be sure to read them, thank you.

~ - My Linkware templates are offered for 
free with the condition of a link back to my 
site. Each set provides a graphic button with 
which to do so. Any and all profit sites 
[commercial and paysites] may obtain my 
sets for a small licensing fee. 

~ - Serrene Impressions graphics may not 
be altered in any fashion beyond creating 
additional buttons or headers. Changing 
such will in no way give you the rights 
to my graphics.

~ - You may not link directly to the graphics on 
my site. This is bandwidth theft!

~ - My graphics are intended to be used as sets, 
therefore mixing and matching is not permitted. 
While I will allow artistic license
I also reserve the right to ask you to remove my 
graphics from your site should I deem they do not 
represent the original intent. 

~ - I can refuse any graphic request at any time, 
and for any reason I see fit.

~ - Using my graphics in any collection or on a Cd 
is strictly forbidden. You may not claim or imply that 
they are yours in any way. 

~ - Serrene Impressions retain the copyrights to all 
designs unless they have been purchased separately. 

~ - All templates are purchased " as is " although 
special orders can be arranged for a fee.
