My training philosophy is based on an understanding of pack behavior and relationship issues. I focus on Leadership skills, pack skills, and motivated training for you, and your dog. I have been training dogs, and people for 24 years. I started training dogs at 10 years of age, and have been actively training dogs throughout the years. I have donated many hours of behavior retraining to dogs that were in a rescue situation. Most bad behavior that dogs show is actually learned behavior that has been taught by humans. These "bad" behaviors can be changed. I train all the family members and the dog. I do work with kids as young as 4 years of age. It is very important to teach young children how to interact with the family pet. I really enjoy what I do and am very glad that I get to do it. Once you fully understand how your dog learns and why he acts the way he does, you will be able to teach your dog the correct and accepted behavior that you want him/her to do and you will have a very successful life long relationship with your dog. I offer behavior evaluations, group classes, private lessons, and board and training. I also offer Boarding and Doggie Day Care. We will help you strengthen the bond and improve the relationship between you and your dog.
