Thanksgiving!!!

Actually, I don't really share the enthusiasm for Thanksgiving. It has always been a pretty boring holiday for me. We go to my aunts' house, and we eat, sit, and wait to leave.

In the last few years, my family has added a new stop for Thanksgiving. We now go to my Aunt Alice's house. It's my mom's cousin, and I love her dearly; it's just her extended family that I can't stand. So, when they all start to show up…my family gets ready to leave.

Then, we go straight to my other aunt's house. When we got there, my cousins were already there….my Mica!!! I didn't eat much. We all just ended up watching tv and talking. Same old boring stuff….just more people and more rugrats running about the house.

Blah! Blah! Blah!

My family finally left the house, and I dicked around my house for a while. I was actually surprise, though, because Josh called. He's spending Thanksgiving in Texas like he usually does. He was getting a bit frustrated with his ignorant and narrow-minded family…at least that's how he puts it. So, we shared our family stories and frustrations. We digress.

We talked on the phone for a couple of hours, and it was getting pretty late, so I let him go. As usual, we had a good conversation. What more can I say?! We've always been friends…and always will be!
