The True Rebirth
          Part V

The Southland

THE TRUE REBIRTH AND GROWTH OF THE CHILD

          A Promise:

"Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel (true Israel); be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.

"The LORD hath taken away thy judgements, He hath cast out thine enemy:  the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee:  thou shalt not see evil any more.

"In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem (the Congregation not the bloody city), Fear thou not:  and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.

"The LORD thy GOD in the midst of thee is mighty; He will save, He will rejoice over thee with joy; He will rest in His love, He will joy over thee with singing.

"I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.

"Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee:  and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.

"At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you:  for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD."

Zephaniah 3:14-20
Isaiah 4:2-6
Jeremiah 23:3-8

"These (the disobedient) shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them:  for He is LORD of lords, and King of kings:  and they (the more righteous) that are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful."

Revelation 17:14

The Little Flock:  The Southland commenced to materialize from people scattered worldwide.   The initial entrants were prefigured by the separation of the lambs on the tenth day (year) in preparation for Passover (Exodus 12:3; Colossians 2:16-17).   That is, the 14 preparation years (Nahum 2:3) in preparation for The LORD'S Day began in the spring of 1982 AD (i.e. as 5987 from Creation began).   Thus, the tenth year was 5996 from Creation which began in the spring of 1991 AD.   This was the year of the Little Flock, the separation of the Lambs, the 144,000 (Exodus 12:3; Luke 13:32; Revelation 7:4-8; 14:1-5).

The Great Multitude:  Subsequently, the Great Multitude entered the eternal Congregation during Passover year, the 14th year of Preparations.   That is, the Proclamation of Liberty occurred on Atonement in the year of Jubilee (Leviticus 25:8-10) which occurred on 3 October 1995.   This occurred on the 10th day of the seventh Biblical month of the year 6000 from Creation (i.e. 120 cycles times 50 years per cycle equals 6000 years:  Genesis 6:3; Leviticus 25:8-10).   And, the year 6000 from Creation ended in the spring of 1996 AD.   Thus, the Great Multitude had been identified.   But, like in the days of Pharaoh, Pharaoh would not heed the Word of GOD via Moses.

The Gleanings:  Finally, the Gleanings will be selected during Atonement Year (i.e. 6010 from Creation, 2005-2006 AD spring to spring).

The Initial Gathering Or Firstfruits:  During events leading up to the glorious Solemn Assembly, the aforementioned Little Flock, The Great Multitude, and The Gleanings combine to form The Gathering of the Firstfruits (Zephaniah 3:18; Revelation 14:4; James 1:18; Jeremiah 2:3; Proverbs 3:9; Deuteronomy 18:3-5; Job 42:7-10).   Each, of course, prefigures a different group.   That is, The Little Flock prefigures the firstfruits:  i.e. all who enter the Congregation (The Southland) as The LORD's Day gets underway.   Whereas, The Great Multitude prefigures those who enter the Congregation when The LORD's Day has ended (i.e. at the end of 7,000 years from Creation); and, The Gleanings prefigure those to enter the Congregation after The Great White Throne Judgment (i.e. at the end of 7,500 years from Creation).   (Fig 7 and Fig 23).

"Israel (true Israel) was holiness unto the LORD, and the firstfruits of His increase:  all that devour him shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith the LORD."

Jeremiah 2:3
Zechariah 2:8

The True Rebirth: The initial gathering is spoken of as a Virgin Birth since the "Child" is born well before the marriage is consummated in the year of the glorious Solemn Assembly (Isaiah 26:17-18; 37:3; 66:7-14; Jeremiah 22:23; Micah 5:3; 4:9-10; Mark 10:14-15; Luke 18:16-17; John 16:20-22; Revelation 12:1-5).

The Marriage:  The Little Flock's betrothal to GOD occurs through their obedience in righteousness.   Obedience is the key to acceptance (Hosea 2:19-20; Deuteronomy 30:1-3; Isaiah 56:1-8).   The Father then gives His Virgin Bride unto His Son on Atonement Year (6010 from Creation)(Exodus 21:9; Daniel 7:13-14; Revelation 11:15).

Later, the Son comes to His Betrothed Wife on the Solemn Assembly to consummate His marriage (Zephaniah 3:18; Revelation 19:7-9).   Thus, the Bride will be 21 years old in her 22nd year, in the year of the glorious Solemn Assembly.   That is, the Half-Hour pause or wait (Revelation 8:1; Isaiah 26:19-20) and The 35 Years Of Severe Tribulations will have ended (Matthew 24:29-31).   Then in the glorious Solemn Assembly the initial gathering will be completed when the Groom comes to His Betrothed Wife and their marriage is made permanent.   (See:  GOD'S Marriage Laws).

"Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you:  and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion (the Southland)."

Jeremiah 3:14; 51:6
Revelation 18:4

"And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call Me Ishi (my husband); and shalt call Me no more Baali (my LORD)."

Hosea 2:16
(See: 2:19-20)

The Tares Will Know In Advance:  Salvation, of course, will be cut-off for all others, the Tares, following Daniel's 62nd year, i.e. when 6014 from Creation has ended in the Spring of 2010 AD (Daniel 9:26).   That's when the vail cast over all peoples and nations will be fully lifted and the false prophets, phony laws, and stumbling blocks will be recognized by everyone (Isaiah 25:7-8).

When Salvation closes the Seven Plagues are added to the ever growing Severe Tribulations (Fig 15) (Revelation 15:1 thru 16:21; Leviticus 26:27-33; Ezekiel 14:19-21).   Thus, as the growing tribulations grow worse and worse, even the Tares will be fully aware of the glorious Solemn Assembly and the identity of the Betrothed Bride (Zechariah 2:8; Psalm 91:1-16).

Moving The Dial:  Note:  At the point where The LORD'S Day began the sundial has been moved ten degrees (years) into the future restoring the years removed when the dial was moved backward in the days of Ahaz (II Kings 20:8-11; Isaiah 14:28; 37:3; 38:8).   That is, Ahaz died in 3385 from Creation that's when the dial was moved ten years backwards to 3375.   Then Daniel's 2625 years were added thru the year 6000 (Daniel 12:11-12).   Finally, when the LORD'S Day began the dial had been advanced ten years to 6010 from Creation (Atonement Year) to restore the ten years removed in the days of Ahaz (Isaiah 38:8).

The Halo:  Isaiah describes those who enter the Congregation of true Israel as having "a halo" upon their dwelling places and upon their assemblies:

"And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night:  for upon all the glory (The Glory Of GOD) shall be a defence."

Isaiah 4:5

"Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.

"For, behold, the darkness (wickedness) shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people:  but The LORD shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee."

Isaiah 60:1-2

As of this writing (1999 AD) this "halo" has not yet appeared upon any dwelling places nor places of assemblies.   And this "halo" may not appear until GOD'S Holy Ark is restored unto the rightful custodian, the Human Shepherd.   Then the whole world should see The Glory Of GOD restored amongst people.   Meanwhile, some people in this unrighteous world wrongfully say:  "The Ark Of The Covenant Of The LORD is not important" while most people do not even consider it, nor do they remember it, nor do they visit it, nor do they complain about its imprisonment at the hands of the occupation forces (Jeremiah 3:16,20-25).   However, what does Scripture say relative to GOD'S Holy Ark which was taken captive in 1985 AD (Zechariah 5:4)?

To begin, Leviticus 26:1-14 et al sets forth GOD'S option to bring forth GOD'S Holy Ark and The Glory Of GOD amongst people either before or at any time during the 35 years of Severe Tribulations that began in the Spring of 1982 AD.   And, as Leviticus 26 explained, GOD'S decision depends on the obedience or disobedience of humanity.   Nevertheless, the LORD of hosts, The Glory Of GOD, will come to dwell amongst the Congregation as wrongdoers commence to receive their afflictions (Zephaniah 1:1-18; 2:7; 3:5,8; Zechariah 2:5,10-13; 8:3; 10:3; Psalm 91:1-16; etc.).   However, the LORD of hosts, Shiloh, should not be confused with the Human Shepherd, the rightful custodian of GOD'S Holy Ark (Malachi 4:5-6; Psalm 110:5-7; 89:19-37; Zechariah 3:1-10; 6:9-15; 12:8,10a; Genesis 49:1,10; etc.) nor should GOD'S Holy Ark be confused with the true Messiah's arrival (Zephaniah 3:18; Matthew 24:29-31; Revelation 1:7; Daniel 9:2,25; Zechariah 12:10b; etc.).   Remember, it is GOD'S option to send The Glory Of GOD even before the 35 years of Severe Tribulations; but, the True Messiah is not scheduled to arrive until after the 35 years of Severe Tribulations.   So, let's examine a few references relating to GOD'S Holy Ark and The Glory Of GOD.

          The Tabernacle Of David:

"In that Day will I (GOD) raise up the Tabernacle of David that is fallen (taken captive:  Zechariah 5:4,9-11; Nahum 2:7), and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins (Joel 2:25; Ezekiel 34:28-31), and I will build it as in the days of old."

Amos 9:11

"And I (GOD) will set My Tabernacle among you:  and My soul shall not abhor you."

          The Glory Of GOD:

"And I will walk among you (II Samuel 7:6-7), and will be your GOD, and ye shall be My people."

Leviticus 26:11-12

"The LORD thy GOD in the midst of thee is mighty; He will save, He will rejoice over thee with joy; He will rest in His love, He will joy over thee with singing."

Zephaniah 3:17

"For I, saith the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.

"Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD:  for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of heaven, saith the LORD.

"Deliver thyself (by obedience), O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon (the disobedient).

"For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath He sent me (Zechariah:  the Human Shepherd) unto the nations which spoiled you:  for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of His eye."

Zechariah 2:5-8
(See:  2:10-13)

"And the glory of the LORD (atop GOD'S Holy Ark now being held prisoner by those occupying Palestina:  Zechariah 5:4) shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together:  for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it."

Isaiah 40:5

          The LORD Of Hosts:

"Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake (tumult), and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire."

Isaiah 9:6

"Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts (a term used when associated with GOD'S Holy Ark:  Numbers 10:34-35; II Samuel 6:2) that the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?

"For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea."

Habakkuk 2:13-14

          The Time Has Come:

"Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion:  for the time to favor her, yea, the set time, is come.

"For thy servants take pleasure in her stones (the Ten Commandments), and favor the dust thereof.

"So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.

"When the LORD shall build up Zion, He shall appear in His glory."

Psalm 102:13-16

"... for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat."

Leviticus 16:2
Exodus 25:22; 40:34-38

GOD'S Holy Days foreshadow End Times events (Colossians 2:16-17).   And GOD'S Holy Days of the seventh Biblical month prefigure events of the Seventh Millennial Day, The LORD'S Day.   Therefore, the fast of Trumpets occurs on the 1st day/year, the fast of Atonement occurs on the 10th day/year, the Week of Tabernacles from the 15th thru 21st days/years, and Solemn Assembly is the 22nd day/year.   The Solemn Assembly is also referred to as the eighth day/year of Tabernacles even though it is not part of Tabernacles (Leviticus 23:36,39; Nehemiah 8:18).

Leviticus 8:34-35 sets the scene as it speaks of Atonement and Tabernacles.   Leviticus 9:1 refers to the Solemn Assembly as the eighth day/year.

"And it came to pass on the eighth day ... for to day the LORD will appear unto you ... and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you."

Leviticus 9:1,4,6

          Shiloh Versus The Human Shepherd:

"The sceptre shall not depart from Judah (the Sixth Kingdom), nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh (GOD'S Holy Ark whereover the Glory Of GOD resides) come; and unto Him shall be the gathering of the people be."

Genesis 49:1,10
Zechariah 5:4

"Joseph is a fruitful bough ... (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)."

Genesis 49:1,22,24

"... I (GOD) am a father to Israel, and Ephraim (Joseph's youngest son) is My firstborn."

Jeremiah 31:9

     How Will You Know?

       Following Jesus' Resurrection:
    1. Mary Magdalene Did Not Recognize Him:
      John 20:14-16.

    2. The Two Apostles Enroute To Emmaus Did Not Recognize Jesus Even As He Walked With Them:
      Luke 24:13-31; Mark 16:12.
    3. The Apostles Did Not Recognize Jesus Upon His Return To Jerusalem:
      Luke 24:36-41; Mark 16:14; John 20:19-23.

    4. On The Seventh Day After Jesus' Initial Meetings, Jesus Again Returned To Jerusalem Where Thomas, Who Was Not Present During Jesus' First Meeting With His Apostles, Neither Believed His Fellow Apostles Nor Did He Recognize Jesus Until Thomas Put His Fingers In Jesus' Wound:
      John 20:24-29.

       Heed The Biblical Admonition:

The Biblical admonition not to make or possess images, replicas, or representations of deities should begin to make sense when the great image, the false Messiah, arrives to seduce even one-third of the Congregation (Deuteronomy 4:16-19; 7:25-26; 27:15; Exodus 20:4-5; 32:20-35; Numbers 33:52; Leviticus 26:1).   Remember, the dead are to be raised to greet him, he comes in the clouds, darkness (evil, troubulous times) will be upon the land, his appearance is to be similar to that described for the True, and he will be praising GOD.

Compare The Arrivals Of Both The True And The False Messiah:

The TrueThe False
1.  The Dead Resurrected:Revelation 1:7Isaiah 14:9
2.  Both Come In Clouds:Revelation 1:7Revelation 14:14
3.  Darkness Comes Upon
     The Land:
Isaiah 60:1-3
Joel 2:1-2; 3:15
Amos 5:18,20
Zephaniah 1:15
Ezekiel 32:7-8
4.  Their Appearances Are Similar:Revelation 1:13-16Daniel 10:5-8
Ezekiel 28:2-15
5.  Both Will Praise GOD:John 13:31-32Daniel 4:34-37

Scripture Provides A Sure Means Of Recognition
John 7:27; Proverbs 28:5; Matthew 10:26

The Wise Will Understand GOD'S Schedule:
    1. The True Messiah Arrives:

      1. After The Severe Tribulations:
        Matthew 24:29-31.
      2. In Daniel's 70th Year:
        Daniel 9:2,25.
      3. In The Year Of The Solemn Assembly:
        Zephaniah 3:18; Leviticus 23:36,39; 9:1,4,6; Colossians 2:16-17.

    2. The False Messiah Arrives:

      1. When The Disobedient Least Expect It:
        Matthew 24:50-51; Luke 19:44.
      2. In The Year Of Atonement:
        Leviticus 16:7-10,15-22; 23:27; Colossians 2:16-17.
