Once upon a time, not so long ago, a prince among men sent forth a proclamation unto his people. He had written a *program* and urged his people to use it to link to one another. His people understood the importance of such a link, and thereafter used it joyfully. Soon, word of the link spread over the mountains and across the oceans unto all the lands of the world. Many men and women worked to create a web of links that covered the entire earth and brought the people together in a manner that had been unknown to mankind previously. All the people who created dwellings upon the web of links became known as netizens. Welcome to my haven on that web.
