The decree № 4 about the State Emblem and flag of the Principality Immortia.

1. I, by will of destiny Prince Immorti Sergei announce about establishment of the State Emblem of the Principality Immortia. The State Emblem Is a mark of infinity (turned an eight) and inscription " Княжество Иммортия " and "Immortia" on each side according to the application № 1.

2. The state flag is the arms in a black paint on a white background.

3. The present decree inures from the moment of signing.
