The message from IAPI (Information Agency of the Principality Immortia)

The new state the Principality Immortia was born on a map of a world at March 31 on up-today non-populated territory of Antarctic Continent in boundaries of a tetragon derivated from one side: 90 degree of longitude, from the second side: 95 degree of longitude, from the third side: 80 degree of latitude, from the fourth side: by continental boundary of Antarctic Continent except for territory in a circumference of 200 km’s with centre scientific station "World" plus islands of Victory and Drigalsky. The Principality Immortia was founded by self-professed Prince Sergei First Immorti, citizen of Russian Federation Bodrov Sergei Velorovich, temporarily before formation of constant settlements in territory of the principality keeping a dual citizenship. Despite of some funny circumstances, the formation of the Principality Immortia has taken place in full conformity with international law and available res judicatas. The establishing document determining a legal status of Antarctic Continent, is the Washington agreement from 1959, in which the formation of the new states by the private persons is not stipulated in any way, such is simple to nobody has come in a head. But what is not forbidden, it is authorized; it is the basic principle of the modern law practically of all countries. Nevertheless rulesof the Washington agreement the Principality Immortia undertakes strictly to execute. The principality has the constitution, hymn, flag, temporary controls in a minimum volume executing the activity on temporary agency in Russian Federation, Post Servise, make dispositions for issue of post stamps. On the territory of the principality is planned to open a " Science’s centre of cloning of the man and radical extension of human life ", for what already are negotiated with the parties in interest. Accordingly, in territory of Immortia any prohibitions of cloning of the an the validities have not.
