EdVentures
EdVentures is a program designed
to promote professional growth for teachers and administrators in
the City Schools of Decatur. Through this program, the Foundation
provides funds to cover the cost of a substitute while the regular
classroom teacher takes a professional field trip. EdVenture participants
may go across the hall, across town, or even to another school district
to observe stellar educators in action. There are a limited number
of scholarships offered each year. No application deadline.
You should download the application, fill it out, and then print
a copy to be returned to the Decatur Education Foundation office.
