The weekend after St Patrick's Day 2004 somewhere around 200 (maybe more) chess players will be descending on Cork City

We anticipate that many will use this website to plan their trip, if you provide accommodation in Cork and wish to be listed here please send me an email with your details and we'll add you to this page!

The Gresham Metropole are offering a special rate for the Congress weekend - €140 per person sharing for two nights bed and breakfast with dinner on the Saturday night and free Car Parking. Tel:021 4508122 for reservations.

Jury's Inn on Anderson's Quay is about 5 minutes brisk walk across the river and offers a room only rate of €89 per night [the room will accommodate 3 adults] Tel:021 4276444.

Sheila's Hostel in Wellington Road is quite close to the Metropole and offers Hostel accommodation ranging from €14 [6 bed dormitory] to €24 [private room] Tel:021 4505562.
