Just announced….The Butterfly Effect will join System Of A Down for two
shows only in Australia. Tuesday Jan 25th at Horden Pavilion in Sydney and
Tuesday Feb 1st at Festival Hall, Melbourne.

“FILLING SILENCE” SUMMER TOUR 2005 -
There’s only so long that TBE can stay in the rehearsal room and write,
so they’re coming back to deliver once again. The “Filling Silence
Tour” will take place in February 2005 and will cover SE QLD, NSW, VIC
and SA. There are only ten shows and tickets will sell-out fast. DON’T
MISS OUT! Special guests are Breed 77 from the UK and a third band to be
announced soon. “All Ages” shows include Woodonga, NSW and Adelaide,

After six weeks touring in Europe and the UK TBE returns to Australia for
3 shows in Nov in SE QLD. Friday 19th at Wynumm Point Hotel, Brisbane and
Sunday 21st Licensed All Ages at Nambour Civic Centre, Sunny Coast.

TO TOUR UK AND EUROPE IN SEPT / OCT -
To support the release of “Begins Here” in Europe TBE will join German band
4Lyn on a 20+ date tour of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Rep.
Prior to the tour they will play two London shows and following the tour they
will play several shows around the UK and Holland. Keep an eye on the gig guide

UK rock magazine has reviewed TBE’s “Begins Here” album in the September
edition and given it an 8 / 10. Reviewer Victoria Durham says of the band,”

Taking
one step closer to breaking the UK and Europe TBE has just signed to renowned UK
booking agent Dave Chumbley from Primary Talent. Dave works with artists such as
Less Than Jake, Kylie, Bloodhound Gang etc. and is currently booking tours for
the band in Sept / Oct / Nov.

HAMMER GERMANY VOTES TBE NO.2 -
It seems TBE is winning fans every day in the UK and Europe. Metal Hammer
Germany announced last week that the magazines employees have voted TBE as
their 2nd best new band for publication in their August edition. Kurt
Goedhart recently did an interview that will appear in their August
edition.
TBE IN "ROCK SOUND MAG" UK, JULY
-
The Butterfly Effect's first UK single "One Second Of Insanity"
is included on the covermount CD of the July edition of Rock Sound in the
UK. Following in the footsteps of Metal Hammer UK in April Rock Sound
along with other UK press are totting TBE as one of the next bands to
break in Europe.

TO RELEASE IN UK AND EUROPE IN AUGUST -
"Begins Here" is scheduled to be released through Modern Music
in the UK and parts of Europe in August 2004. Metal Hammer, Rock Sound and
Classic Rock magazines have already pledged their support for the band and
will be featuring them in August editions. Strong support is also coming
from radio and TV in the early stages of the pre-release campaign. The
album will be distributed through RSK/BMG in the UK, Sony in Germany and
Suburban in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg late August.

2004 - THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT, THE LIVING END, SPIDERBAIT...
The brand new Gold Coast convention and exhibition centre has just
announced it's first rock concert. "Epic 2004". The line-up will
include The Living End, Spiderbait, The Butterfly Effect, Curtis and more.

Butterfly Effect Re-schedules Albany Creek Show In Brisbane -
TBE has re-sheduled two shows at the
Albany Creek Tavern on June 19th and 20th. Due to technical problems
beyond anyones control the May 29th performance had to be cancelled so
both the Albany Creek Tavern and TBE would like to invite those who
purchased tickets to take your ticket stub to The Albany Ck Tav - Cnr of
Old Nothern and Albany ck Tav Rds , Albany Ck and get a new re-issued
ticket (available from thurs 10 June) for one of the following two shows
(see below) . The deadline for ticket re-issue is - Friday 18 June

have reported that The Butterfly Effect has signed a deal with Sony Music
Europe, Which will see their music released throughout Europe, including
Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium.

ANNOUNCES BRISBANE "ALL AGES" OUTDOOR EVENT SAT MAY 29TH -
12 til 7pm.
TBE is performing a one-off outdoor event at The Albany Creek Tavern on
Brisbane's North side on Sat May 29th. The event will run from 12midday
til 7pm and includes guests Melodyssey, Japunga, Bugdust, Unamis and Hotel
44. There will be a secure "Alcohol Free Zone" for all ages as
well as a separate over 18's licensed area. Transport is available from
the Myer Centre Bus Station (bus 350) to and from Albany Village Shopping
Centre (3 mins walk from the gig). A bus will also run to and from the
city after 7pm. TICKETS ARE LIMITED SO GET ONE ASAP !!! From Skinny's,

become fans of the band and decided it was time to spread the word in the
UK and Europe. The edition also contains a covermount CD which includes
the TBE track "Consequence" as well as heaps of other great
tunes.

Due to the cancellation of the first three shows
because of Kurt Goedhart's unsuspected Menangitis attack TBE have
scheduled some more shows at the end of April to make it up to fans. Make
note....these will be the last Sydney and NSW shows for quite a while as
the band heads into the rehearsal room to write another record.
