If you write an article (either Pokémon related, anime/manga related or video game related) you'll receive 15 trainer points. It'll put you well on your way to becoming a master!
Write up an episode review for Pokemon the TV show (or for the video game, but mainly the anime). I believe that's for 5 trainer points.
