At the con. there was always someone to hook up with should you find yourself alone. Which I did on occasion.
I met up with Clarke on Saturday night and she (bless her heart) let me have part of her dinner since I was shy on money. We then went to check out the costume competition for a little while.

I had a little chat with Kiera, as we walked to the con Saturday, about her plans now that she was here.
As we stood next to the table where Mr. Andries was signing autographs Genny and I had a little chat about writting and other things.

Bennie helped me put Judy A.'s camera on my tripod and sat next to me (as I was hushed by a Prey convert)as we watched HFS. We both sat there giggling like school girls it was such fun. She also made me feel better about, yes spilling water on Bill's card. I felt so bad and even worse when poor Lee Ann had to write her message and the pen wouldn't write correctly because the card still had moisture (but the card was ok thank goodness) on it.

People came and went we talked and parted and we all enjoyed each others company.

My first night there we went out to eat we had to park in a small parking area under street level, kudos to Elaine's husband he was driving a minivan and got it parked. The picture from that night was posted on the board. I owe Mary Ann a special thanx for helping me out that night.

Between Jeanne and I we kept the coffee maker going as we were constantly in search of a good cup of coffee. I met Jeanne's mom and I found out that Jeanne likes silver jewelry.

Mary Ann was ever present but quiet and thoughtful. A very intelligent lady. If only some of that could have rubbed off onto me.

Judy A. was a hoot. Such a wit constantly on her toes. Nothing got past her.

Peeps was such a warm, giving, loving person. Best friend, big sister all rolled into one. I trusted her the minute I met her.

Lee Ann was a driving force full of energy and ideas. Even though her pictures wanted to fly she was down to earth and very passionate about Prey.

Elaine made sure things were where they should be when they should be. I wish I was that organized. And she & her husband were so nice.

Margaret so sweet, kinda quiet and on one of my wavelengths when it came to a design. I found a heart key chain and a goldtone skeleton key. Margaret made bookmarks with a graphic that looked just like my keychain and key on them.

I didn't get a chance to talk to Paul, Debs or Yuki or Benny.

I spoke only briefly to V but of course she was nice and she made a good Sloan.

I met two that were with Kiera but I can't remember their names. I do remember that the Roger Howarth fan couldn't remember his name and got teased for it.

Diane S. and I talked briefly before I went to meet the others she is a very together lady. If you need to get somewhere just show her the map and she can get you there. I bet she could help people out of the Burmuda Triangle. And she had a wonderful digital camera (drool).

Celine was so talented, as were many of the attendees, and so sweet.
Sue H. was very nice and a good source of stories about young adults and the horrors I will someday face. She has a sense of humor.

Carol reminded me of Tigger (from Winne the Pooh, I have a 61/2 yr old). So bubbly and full of energy.

My roomie Barb quiet, thoughtful and there if needed.

This post is way too long so anyone I have forgotten it was not intentional.
