Seeing as I've got my site up and running, I thought I might as well have page all about me and what a wonderful person I am...hmm...maybe not!
I guess I should actually say something about myself, then. Well, I'm not very tall, but not very small, I'm not the most striking person in the world, but am not unbearably ugly, either. Actually, when I was going out with my last boyfriend, before his mates me, they asked if I was 'munting', which apparently is means, well, ugly. When I actually met these odd people,they told him that I wasn't 'munting'...I guess that's good, right? I have hair which changes colour every now and then (I suppose I ought to expect that if I dye it!), although I dyed it auburn a couple of years agoand liked it so much that I havdn't dyed it unitl recently. It was a big improvement on the 'traffic light red' (as I called it)! I wear glasses, but it doesn't make me a nerd...although I probably spend enough time on compuiters to qualify as a nerd, or maybe even an Internet addict...

Where now???
At the moment, I'm living in University Halls, but I sometimes go home at weekends. 'Home' is Leicester, where I live with my mum, my step-dad, my (mostly bratty...nah not really) little sister, and our pets: one budgie (Holly), three gerbils (Incy, Wincy, and Gizmo) and one dog (Buster)
He doesn't exactly look like that - he's a brown and white Jack Russell crossed with a terrier. It's really awful sometimes when we take him for a walk, cos Buster HATES other dogs. He goes bonkers if he sees another dog while we're out, so I just have to avoid other dogs when we're in the park! Oh, and he killed Tom, who was my fave budgie! The newest addition to the family is our guninea pig Casper, I think my parents got him when they went visiting family in Yorksihre last summer...they just appeared back with him! LOL.
I like all sorts of music, but at the mo' I can't stop playing Coldplay's album! I only wish that track 9 was a little longer - I LOVE it! I also like Wheatus, Samantha Mumba, David Gray, R.E.M (ESPECIALLY Everybody Hurts. Brilliant tune!), err... to cut a long list short, I'll listen to almost anything apart from Pavarotti. For some reason I just don't like it!
I spend too much time on the internet, and although I keep promising myself I'l drag myself away from it sooner rather than later, I seem to spend all my free blocks in here, rather than socialising or doing anything else, which sounds quite sad, really, doesn't it? I love reading, especially books written by Patricia Cornwell I dont' really have a favourite telly programme, although I really like soaps, and Friends, Frasier, Graham Norton, Bad Girls, Byker Grove, Grange Hill, Rugrats...
Let's see...well, I guess i might as well start at the beginning, hadn't I? Ok then...when I was a tenny-tiny 3 year old, I went to Barlby Bridge Primary School nursery, which was run by Mrs Baker and Miss Clarke (I think she's stillat the school). A few years later, I graduated to the actual school part,and left at the grand old age of 11, in 1994. Then i moved on to Barlby High School, and stayed there until the end of the GCSEs in 1999, despite moving 15 miles away between year 8 and 9. I didn't too badly, either! I got 2 A*s, 4 Bs, and 3 Cs! After that, my family moved to Leicester, where I went to Wyggeston and Queen Elizabeth I College, doing my A-Levels (which dont exist anymore...unluckily for the new people!) in English Language, German, and History. Now I'm past all that (not that college was a bad expereince, I just can't be bothered to type loads today) and I'm doing a BA in German and History at Keele University.
