Gene called this morning saying that it was rainy and a little cool there today. The boys were pretty much around the campsite for the morning during the rain. He said they were all doing great still and everything was going well for the troop. He called back a bit later in the day and said that the show for tonight was postponed until tomorrow night due to the weather. He wasn't sure whether President Bush would be available for the rescheduled date or not.
Gene called back around 9:30 PM (CT) stating that they were now on 22 hours of straight rain and the boys hadn't really done a lot today. They are hoping for nicer weather tomorrow. One of the Scouts in T1035 was chosen to be the 1 millionth person served at the jamboree and will be honored tomorrow in some "big" fashion, so he'll call back again after that has happened tomorrow.
