Payment Schedule
All payment amounts reflect the best estimate of costs at this time.
Reservation fee...$100 with application
Second payment....$200 due July 7, 2000
Third payment.....$300 due October 6, 2000
Fourth payment....$300 due January 5, 2001
Last payment......$300 due April 6, 2001
All payments and notices must be received at the Scout Service Center by the date indicated. If you have any questions, you may call Terry Wightman.
Refund Policy
If you sign up for the Jamboree and then find that you cannot attend, you will receive a full refund from the Hawkeye Area Council if you withdraw by September 1, 2000. In the event that you are not approved by the Hawkeye Area Council for participation at the Jamboree, all fees paid by you will be fully refunded.
Requests for withdrawal after September 1, 2000 will be approved only if the Council contingent troops are completely full or there is an alternate to take your place.
In the event that there is not an alternative, a partial refund will be made. This includes the fees paid to date, less any expenses related to contractual agreements made on your behalf.
Hawkeye Area Council 2001 National Jamboree Information
As a part of your Jamboree fee, you will be receiving the following items which have been created by the Hawkeye Area Council (HAC) Jamboree Committee.
    1 HAC Jamboree Contingent T-shirt
    1 HAC Jamboree Contingent Neckerchief
    3 HAC Jamboree Contingent Shoulder Patches (Limited Edition)
    3 Jamboree Troop Numberal Patches
You may order additional quantities of the items above except for the Limited Edition Contingent Shoulder Patches and Troop Numeral Patches.
You will also receive the following from the National Supply Division
    1 Jamboree Nametag
    2 Official Jamboree Patches
