Troop 242 Handbook
In a perfect world, the Scout Oath and Law would be all that we need to give to each parent and Scout. In practice, we need more than that to really set the expectations and operation in truly "black and white" terms for all to understand.
Here you will find the latest official version of Troop 242's Handbook.
