The LORD strong and mighty,
the LORD mighty in battle.

Hi! Come on in. My hope is that this site will be a place of witness to the Goodness of our Lord Jesus. A place for my friends and family to come and relax and at the same time be fortified for Gods work by what they find here.
The House that Joy Built is a personal philosophy i try to live by. There are many passages in the Bible that refer to a joyful heart, and i believe that we are to live a joyful life in witness to what the Lord has given us. As an example, who makes the better wittness: The grump who is miserable because life is not going as he thinks it should, or the cheery guy who makes the best of what life has given him. Now i know that i don't always live this, but that is what i strive for. This will be a place to celebrate what God has given me.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything,
they just make the most of everything that comes along their
way.
