CONCLUSION:

In this study, general climatic conditions of Ankara was presented by examining the meteorological stations within the geographical borders of Ankara province.

The climate of Ankara region is classified Mediterranean Climate. However Ankara has lower annual precipitation, for that reason it can be classified under semiarid types of Mediterranean Climate.
