Site Reviews
After much exhaustive searching on the net to provide more information, pictures, and maps for my players, I have summed up the best of the best that I have seen so far (and there are tons). Here they are in all their glory.
- Nathan's Page: My favorite fan-page so far. Well-designed; not ugly. Great pictures of characters and descriptions of places.
- Discworld Monthly: A good starting place and the newsletter's pretty cool.
- The Ankh-Morpork City Watch House: You can become a member AND there's tons of info about the Watch.
- GURPS Discworld: A treasure trove. It has the parts of the book not released due to space limitations and cool pictures from the book.
- The Turtle Moves: Still under construction but has songs from Discworld such as the Hedgehog Song and good info.
- A Tribute to the Luggage: A moving, insightful look into the life of one of the Disc's most revered and homicidal characters.
- Oxford Pratchett Page: Tons of info--even constellations and heraldry.
- L-SPACE: A strange universe with much info.
Are there any more good sites out there? I would be happy to receive and check out any suggestions for sites that could help someone playing Discworld. E-mail me.
